RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You have the right to return one or more products for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note what applies to an approved return:
It is you as the customer who pays the return cost (except when the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly).

The product must be in the same condition as when it was received. The product must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not against delivery (“pick-up location”). Please note that we always refund the amount you paid for each product upon return. When you buy with a discount, you get back the discounted price of the product. For campaigns, for example, special rules may apply to returns.
We reserve the right to check the returned product/s before issuing a refund.
Some products are considered hygiene products and can not be returned if hygiene seal is broken (does not apply if product is defective). For example the filters for water filtration systems.
